Why does TiosCRM exist?
Thousands of businesses in Turkey sell every day. But in most of them, sales is entrusted to people, not to a process. Customer info lives on an employee's phone, a quote's history in someone else's memory. The work runs; but no one can quite see what keeps it running, or where it stalls.
Yet sales has a flow. A customer comes from somewhere; you talk, you quote, you await a decision, you get a result. When that flow is visible, sales rests on order rather than luck. Who called, which quote is waiting, which customer went quiet; once these are known, a business owns its own sales.
Big companies have built this order for years. A large share of Turkey's small businesses were left outside it, because the existing tools weren't built with them in mind. Long setups, screens that need training, and structures that don't fit how people work here always left a gap.
TiosCRM exists to close that gap. Our concern is that a selling business can see and manage its own sales as a process. An order where the customer, the conversation and the quote are on record; where you open the screen in the morning and see the whole of your business.

TiosCRM is a CRM product developed by Zenmira Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. The team's experience goes back to 2013; the company was founded in 2023. The product is built under an approved R&D project at Pamukkale University Technopark: written in Turkey, data stored in Turkey, support given in Turkish.
